Duck Pond Guesthouse Terms & Conditions*
Guests of the Duck Pond Guesthouse must be 19 years of age to book or be accompanied by an adult. Duck Pond Guesthouse reserves the right to ask for a photo I.D. This is a non-smoking Guesthouse.
All guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Any items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of Duck Pond Guesthouse.
2-night minimum stay.
Check-in
Check-in is 3 pm
Check-out is 11 am
Pets
This is a pet-friendly home, we have animal towels and throws available so they can stay with you. However, it is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after their pets. We prefer if pets are kept out of the bedrooms.
We have pets of our own, dogs and cats, that are very friendly. If you are allergic or do not want them around the guesthouse, arrangements will be made.
Damages
As a guest, you are responsible for any damages caused by you or your hunting group during your stay. You will be held responsible for the payment of the repairs.
Reservations
You must put down a deposit of 50% of your entire stay to hold your requested dates. The remaining 50% plus taxes are due upon checkout.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel within three (3) weeks of your arrival date in order to receive your deposit back. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
