What Information We Collect
When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect your full name, email address and phone number. We also ask which hunt interests you: waterfowl, bear or both.
When you visit our website, we may collect some basic technical information automatically. This can include your device type, browser and general location. We use this to understand how visitors use the site.
How We Collect It
We collect your information in three ways. Through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Through our website. And when you contact us directly by email, phone or message.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your hunt inquiry. We share availability and booking details. We follow up about your trip and answer your questions. We do not use it for anything unrelated to planning your hunt.
Who We Share It With
We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to run our lead forms. When you submit a form, Meta processes it before passing it to us. Meta's own privacy terms also apply to that step.
We work with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and email tools. They only access what they need to do their job for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it either.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools. These help the site work properly and show us how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it. That usually means while we are in contact about a hunt, and for a reasonable time after. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your Choices and Rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have rights over your information. You can ask to see what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it.

Cross-Border Processing
We operate in Canada. Most of our visitors are US hunters. Your information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. This means it may be handled outside your home country. Where that happens, it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
